Pierce's academic journey led him to the University of Auckland, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Criminology and Sociology. His studies developed his analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in understanding how societal trends and human behaviours shape communities  - an insight that is directly relevant to his real estate career. Understanding how people interact with their environments and communities gives Pierce a unique edge in helping his clients find not just a house, but a home that fits their lifestyle. 

While completing his degree, Pierce discovered a passion for buying and selling cars. This entrepreneurial spirit evolved further when he launched Diamond Class Detailing, a mobile car detailing business that has been servicing the Hibiscus Coast and surrounding areas for the past couple of years. Through this venture, Pierce built strong connections with local residents and developed keen business skills. His experience running a service-based business has sharpened his attention to detail, a quality that Pierce believes is vital in managing real estate transactions smoothly and efficiently.
