Introducing Nadine Markgraaff - Licensee Salesperson

In 1980 Nadine started her property career in South Africa Nadine co-founded a Real Estate company known as Sherlock homes with her husband Norman in 1984 and she created and implemented all the business systems and controls required to take Real Estate into the technological age. She was approached by ERA (an American real estate franchise company) to become their Business Development Manager and served in this position as one of their internationally appointed property trainers.  Nadine is an accomplished property and life skills trainer, motivating and empowering attendees to handle the hurdles of life with a positive pro active attitude and approach.

Nadine started her own real estate company known as Nadmark Realty in 2000 and was approached by the developer of a massive housing project of over 1300 homes in one of Johannesburg South Africa’s most prestigious housing golf estates, where she was made a shareholder and was appointed  Managing Director. 

In 2011 Nadine and her family emigrated to New Zealand where they had to start and run  a new business for emigration purposes ,and that is how KiwiYo self serve frozen yoghurt was birthed and created.

In 2015 Nadine was allowed to return to what she does best which was real estate, where she has been actively involved in marketing and selling properties for Developers of high rise apartment blocks in the City, as well as selling land and build packages  from start to completion with a very reputable building company.  

Nadine’s tenacity, creativity and flair for marketing have resulted in some stunning results for her clients. Her work ethic, commitment to her clients, her all-consuming love of the job and impeccable attention develop the high standard of trust and respect necessary to deliver exceptional client service.
